Ethan Allen Mill

The Ethan Allen Mill building borders town-owned open space where the Quinebaug Rail Trail ends immediately after crossing the French River. The building's parking lot borders the river. The Greenway continues north on the Dudley side from this most northerly point of the Perryville Loop. There is a possible boat launch location at the northern end of the property.

The mill building has great potential to be refurbished as a multi-use structure on the Greenway adjacent to a very pretty section of the river.
